Holiday Hills Property Owners Association has been formed to mobilize the property owners in the Holiday Hills subdivision area for the purposes of:

• Restoring the beauty of Pickwick Lake to the luster of  a resort community.

• Providing a platform for our community to have a voice with the local government.

• Funding improvements and maintenance projects that will help increase home values over time.

• Working along side with our neighboring communities to expand the restoration of Pickwick Lake through Project Pickwick.

• Partnering with the local business owners in cleaning up Highway 57 from the MS state line to the Pickwick Dam.

• Creating an effective communication platform for our property owners and the neighboring communities.

• Through our efforts, work to attract new businesses to serve the needs of our property owners and the community.
